Delivery Costs:
We offer the following shipping options to UK Mainland.
Where an order includes items from different product types, the shipping cost will default to the higher amount to ensure adequate postage for the larger item including when ordering multiple items.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

10 x 8 Frames - £12
14 x 11 Frames - £12
20 x 10 Frames - £15
Large Frames/Multiple Frames - £20
Please be aware that we are unable to insure glass when frames are posted so postage is at the customers own risk. Refunds will not be given for broken glass. Alternatively, if you wish to use Perspex instead of glass in your frame please get in touch with us to place an order.
Delivery Timeframes:
As our bespoke frames are made to order, lead times vary and are dependent on several factors. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your frame order to be made. Please note this will take longer if an embroidery has been ordered. Once your order is made we will post it via 1st and 2nd Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
Our framed prints are bespoke products framed by our expert team of skilled framers.
Alternatively, we have a Click & Collect which is available as a shipping option at the online check out. This allows you to collect your order once it's ready instead of waiting for delivery. Click & Collect is available at our shop based in Catterick Garrison.

Gift vouchers delivery:
If your order contains only a gift voucher, postage will be £3.50. Gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class stamp, taking 3-5 working days from point of order.
Delivery details to outside Mainland UK:

AFC Harrogate Pass In Orders:
All orders once completed will be delivered to the JS directly for them to take home at their first set of leave after the Pass In Parade. We can post if required, at an extra cost. Due to the high volume of orders we aim to deliver to the JS a couple of nights before the passing in parade. To deliver to the JS directly at the college please select the SHIP option at the checkout.
In order to ensure orders are ready and delivered in time for the Pass In Parade, we have a cut off date of THURSDAY 26TH MARCH 2026 AT 5PM. Orders can still be taken after this time however there will be a postage charge to have them sent to your home address or we can deliver to the JS when they return from leave when we are next at the college.
