What are your opening times?
Monday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm
Do you open weekends and bank holidays?
We don't open weekends and bank holidays. However our answer phone is always on and we will get back to you when we reopen.
How long will my embroidery take to arrive?
Embroideries will take 4-6 weeks to arrive after the design is created and the order is placed.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available to purchase online. We can also post your gift card to your chosen address for a small charge of £3.50.
I have a design idea. Can I discuss it?
If you wish for us to help you with a design we are more than happy to help. Please get in touch with us via email at enquiries@victoriaprints.co.uk or you can call us on 01748 834488.
Do you court mount medals?
Yes we can court mount medals. Feel free to pop in to our shop with your medals to discuss further.
What is your turnaround for frame orders?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your frame order to be made. Please note this will take longer if an embroidery has been ordered.
Do you print photographs?
We offer a high quality photo printing service including the option to print canvases. We can print in various sizes up to a maximum of 24 inches wide.
